Josh Abbott is the owner of Logiscape and the Executive Developer of the LFMTE, LFMVM, and LFM software platforms.\u00a0 He started designing web sites in 2003, and began surfing traffic exchanges that same year to promote his business.<\/p>\n
In 2006, he launched his own traffic exchange FiveHits.com and began developing\u00a0the traffic exchange script that would later become LFMTE.\u00a0 Over the next several\u00a0years,\u00a0Josh\u00a0put\u00a0his traffic exchange script project on hold to focus on building mods and plugins for some of the existing scripts.\u00a0 Many of these mods revolutionized the traffic exchange industry by automating many tasks that owners had been doing manually, and making it easier for them to focus on building their business.<\/p>\n
In early 2009\u00a0Josh partnered with Robert Puddy to combine his traffic exchange script and mods\u00a0with\u00a0Robert\u2019s popular\u00a0LFM membership site script.\u00a0 This\u00a0took all the pieces that were required to build a\u00a0solid traffic exchange, and combined them with a powerful membership management and marketing solution that would help\u00a0an exchange grow and prosper.\u00a0 After almost another year of developing, testing, and refining, the LFMTE script officially launched in November of 2009.<\/p>\n
In 2012, Josh created GeniuXs, an intelligent mailing system for the LFM platforms. Using a rules-based system, GeniuXs can automate many tasks for businesses, such as checking the sales data once a week and automatically starting a 48-hour sale if monthly revenue has fallen below a specified target.<\/p>\n
While working on GeniuXs, Josh began exploring and imagining the potential of more advanced automated systems. In 2014, he wrote the blog post Baby Steps Toward True Artificial Intelligence<\/a> which pondered the possibility of using positive or negative reinforcement to steer the direction of AI, rather than a structured rules-based system. This blog post foresaw many concepts that would become the foundation of mainstream large language models nearly a decade later.<\/p>\n In 2023, Josh updated GeniuXs to use modern AI to write emails, provide analysis of sales data, and more.
